People you don’t like at work

 

In my work I’ve found that nearly all work related issues have to do with one main issue: other people. Mostly the ones you don’t get along with, don’t like, or have nothing in common with.

 

If you think about it, an entire industry has been built solely on helping different generations get along in the workplace! That’s a lot of “other people” problems.

 

There are many reasons you may find colleagues unlikeable or incompatible. No matter the reason it can harsh your “going to work” buzz.

 

So try one – or all – of the strategies I outline in this post on The Muse. Then let me know what you’ve done to make that relationship a little more bearable.

 

(What? Going to wait for that person to change and become more likeable? Yeah, probably not going to happen….) ; )
